The new array provides C10 aficionados across the country with durable, high-performance chassis and suspension system parts that can be customized to suit every version of the C10 truck built between 1967 and 1987. These parts will also significantly enhance the performance of the chassis and suspension systems for a smoother, more comfortable driving experience.
The 1973-1987 Round Tube Chassis exemplifies these performance-enhancing qualities. It is 173 pounds lighter than factory specifications, with a 17% rear weight bias gain for superior driving, handling, and traction. The chassis is built in-house from high-quality, USA-made DOM steel tubing, with a precision fit and TIG welding.
Likewise, the Bolt in 1973-1987 C10 Harness/Roll Bar is crafted from cold-rolled DOM steel and TIG-welded. Known for its high strength and durability, cold-rolled DOM steel makes the harness bars capable of withstanding severe stresses, which is important for everyday safety as well as for high-performance activities like street racing.
Besides chassis and suspension systems, for 2024 Modern C10 plans to design and fabricate other performance-related parts for C10 fans, including fuel systems and cooling systems.
