Some know him as Noble Barz and Barz Noble in his earlier stages, others as Ricardo Alexander Neeley, but most people know this Bahamian artist and musician as NRBARZ, the Gentleman residing in a poetic soul.
Ricardo has been creating waves in the hip-hop music and film festival industry respectively in recent years and is the proud recipient of numerous rewards. One of the most prominent accolades he wears under his belt is the award for the best hip-hop music video for his “Rainset” with other awards in addition for videos “Around The Bend” and the “Call Of Duty” in the growing discography of his work.
NRBARZ broke onto the mainstream hip-hop scene with his debut album “Symphonic Signatures” in 2013, which garnered multiple nominations from the Caribbean Music Awards for hip hop album of the year under his former Barz Noble moniker. NRBARZ second solo album “S.C.O.A.P: Soul Chapters of a Poetic”. Featuring a range of brilliant tracks, such as “Gentle Hearts”, “Keep It Moving Regardless”, and “Call of Duty”, the album was warmly received by numerous fans and hip-hop connoisseurs. He released “S.C.O.A.P” in 2018 and returned to the scene in 2019 with a single “Fantasy”, which further reinforced his position as one of the more prolific and respected Bahamian artist and songwriter.
The year 2021 was difficult for nearly everyone around the globe, but NRBARZ found inspiration in his faith and released the long-anticipated “T.S.I.R. (The Struggle Is Real)” album.
Ten remarkably-written tracks are featured on “T.S.I.R.”, including the self-titled “The Struggle Is Real”, “Life By The Page”, “Can I”, “Struttin”, and more.
NRBARZ has collaborated with numerous high-profile artists and friends for this album. NevandriaLyric is featured on “More Than Just Before”; Sketch has guested on “Let It Go”; Lashan helped make “Face to Face” complete, while Solo and Philocypha are featured on “Beatin’ Up Your Gum”.
NRBARZ continues to work on world-class hip-hop music and is always writing something new, whether it be a song idea, a lyric, or brand-new tunes.
