The Missouri Technology Corp., a public-private partnership designed to promote entrepreneurship, is pursuing new initiatives to boost startups statewide. Among the items outlined in a blueprint MTC unveiled last week are launching a $95 million funding program for small businesses, exploring a first-of-its-kind financing model for entrepreneurs and creating an internship program to connect more young people to upstart companies.
