Austin judge sets $50K bond for child sex predator after previous judge recommended $1 million

A magistrate judge set a $50,000 bond – after a previous judge recommended it be set at $1 million – for a man w police said they saw sexually assaulting a juvenile male. He was previously convicted of sexually assaulting a minor.
