Citigroup downgraded JinkoSolar Holding Co. Ltd. (NYSE: JKS) from a Neutral rating to a Sell rating while Morgan Stanley downgraded the solar power company from an Overweight rating to an Underweight rating sending the stock price tumbling $2.43 to close at $19.03.
