Mark is an innovative thinker who prior to joining Torch Group founded a multi-million-dollar allergen-free, plant-based snack food company. In his new role, Mark will leverage his 30+ years of experience leading organizations through all growth stages to strategically align talent with business goals. As an account manager, Mark will utilize his deep understanding of transformative leadership in sales, marketing, business development, start up, distribution, private label, and product development to drive relentlessly towards the goal of delivering the highest quality candidates that exceed each of his client's expectations.
