SBM Offshore announces that the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) and the invitation for shareholders to attend the AGM have now been published on the Company’s website. The AGM will be held at the Steigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam (Stationsplein Zuid-West 951, 1117 CE Schiphol, the Netherlands) on Friday April 12, 2024 at 10.30 a.m. Central European Time.
