(“Streamline” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: STRM), a leading provider of solutions that enable healthcare providers to proactively address revenue leakage and improve financial performance, today announced that it has entered into purchase agreements to sell a total of 6,299,989 shares of common stock in a registered direct offering to certain investors at a purchase price of $1.32 per share, which represents the closing price on The NASDAQ Capital Market on October 24, 2022. The offering is being made without an underwriter or placement agent.
The gross proceeds to Streamline from the offering are expected to be approximately $8.3 million. The offering is expected to close on or about October 26, 2022, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Streamline intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
