Set against the backdrop of the 40th anniversary of Jingning She Autonomous County in 2024, "Being influencer" deeply depicts the remarkable growth of this region over the past forty years. This growth is attributed to the steadfast implementation of the "Million Projects" and "Rural Revitalization" strategy, actively practicing the green development concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets," leading to an astonishing over 25-fold increase in GDP. The film highlights Jingning's steady progress toward the grand goal of "common prosperity."

The film not only showcases the significant socio-economic changes in Jingning She Autonomous County but also delves into the unique charm of local minority culture and its infinite possibilities when combined with modern technology. The character of the young She girl serves as a bridge connecting tradition and modernity, rural areas and the world. By leveraging the burgeoning digital economy and e-commerce live streaming in Zhejiang, she grows from an ordinary rural child into an influencer who helps sell local agricultural products and innovatively launches a series of culturally rich She ethnic products. This transformation signifies a shift from external assistance to self-sustainability.

This journey illustrates the power of personal effort and vividly interprets the diverse pathways and broad prospects of rural revitalization in the new era. With its profound theme, exquisite visuals, and moving narrative, "Being influencer" has won wide acclaim from all sectors of society. It is not only a heartfelt review of the achievements of Jingning She Autonomous County over forty years but also a hopeful vision for the future of rural revitalization and cultural heritage innovation. Through this film, the world can glimpse the vibrant vitality and limitless potential of China's rural areas, feeling the firm steps and cultural confidence of the Chinese nation in pursuing common prosperity.
