InvoiceCloud, a leading solution for digital bill payment services, is proud to announce that a team member and four customers were honored at Utility 2030’s (U2030) Women Who SPARK Awards, an event dedicated to honoring exceptional women who have made significant contributions to innovation, transformation, and mentorship within the utility sector. This year’s winners, recognized in categories for customer-centric innovation, operations innovation, and solution provider transformation, include:

  • Andrea Blomquist, Senior Energy Services Account Representative at City of Roseville, who worked with InvoiceCloud to achieve 61% total digital adoption among customers as of August 2024.
  • Julie Nemitz, Customer Services Manager at Sacramento Suburban Water District, who worked with InvoiceCloud to achieve a 149% increase in electronic payment adoption in the first year following implementation in May 2023.

“It’s an honor to be recognized for my work helping our clients achieve their most critical goals and drive meaningful impact in their communities,” said Carlyn Altheide, Enterprise Account Director, Strategic Accounts at InvoiceCloud. “At InvoiceCloud, we’re driven by the notion that we win when our customers win, and this award is sweetened by the fact that I get to celebrate it alongside these exceptional women from the City of Roseville, Sacramento Suburban Water District, Central States Water Resources, and San Jose Water. I’d like to extend heartfelt thanks to my colleagues at InvoiceCloud for this nomination.”
