--Tomahawk Block V extends service life by 15 years --

Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX) (“Mobix Labs” or the “Company”), a fabless semiconductor company developing disruptive next-generation connectivity technologies for 5G infrastructure, satellite communications, and defense industries, today announced it has begun delivering filtered connector parts that are used in the U.S. Navy’s Tomahawk Cruise Missile. Financial details were not disclosed.

According to a recent article in Newsweek, the U.S. has thousands of Tomahawk missiles in its arsenal and in vessels deployed around the world. The U.S. and its allies have used the ammunition in combat more than 2,300 times, according to Raytheon, including in Syria. There are several variations of the Tomahawk, including the new and modernized Block V series that the U.S. has spent the last few years upgrading. The Tomahawk cruise missile is a long-range precision weapon launched from the U.S. military's ships and submarines. It can "strike targets precisely from 1,000 miles away, even in heavily defended airspace," according to the missile's manufacturer, defense giant Raytheon.

The Company is excited to announce another defense industry program using its components as a result of its M&A growth strategy. The Company will continue to engage in additional accretive M&A activities that will increase its access to additional marketplaces and industry verticals.
