AmTrust was one of 15 companies in the insurance industry to earn the recognition.

Launched in 2022, the Insurance Business America awards program seeks to identify those companies that have “shown that their diversity, equity, and inclusion programs are more than corporate buzzwords.” To determine the winners, the magazine’s research team reviewed submissions, had DEI professionals evaluate the programs and then reached out to employees at nominated companies to gauge whether they felt the programs were effective.
