Renowned in the real estate world, Allen Matkins is a full-service firm with more than 225 lawyers in six offices, including 140 real estate transactional lawyers, making it one of the largest and most diversified real estate groups in the country. Marshall Brozost and Alykhan (Aly) Shivji, former partners at McDermott Will & Emery, join the firm’s growing practice and presence in New York. Marshall and Aly handle all aspects of commercial real estate investment, from purchases and sales, formation of joint ventures and real estate funds, to mortgage and mezzanine financing, REIT structuring, leasing, and workouts for a variety of asset classes including residential, mixed-use, hospitality, industrial, and data centers.
