The True Life Companies’ (TTLC) today announced the opening of its newest office in Raleigh, North Carolina, the Company’s second location in the Mid-Atlantic area. TTLC’s fast-growing workforce over the past two years has prompted its recent expansion to several other regions throughout the United States, including Bethesda, Maryland (Mid-Atlantic); Austin, Texas, and Salt Lake City, Utah. David Goracke, Managing Director of North Carolina for The True Life Companies, will lead the new office.

David Goracke, Managing Director, North Carolina. David’s main responsibilities are to identify, evaluate, and pre-qualify deal flow opportunities, underwrite residential for-sale property acquisitions, organize, and manage due diligence processes and successfully acquire land investments for The True Life Companies in North Carolina.

Prior to joining The True Life Companies, Goracke served as Vice President of Kolter Land Partners, where he played a key role in expanding the firm from Florida to the Carolina market during his 14-year tenure. Goracke’s previous experience also includes launching and managing First American, which was sold to Mungo Homes, and Westfield Homes, which was purchased by Standard Pacific Homes and later acquired by Lennar Homes.
