As a sales manager of Compass, Brown was integral to its national expansion. Brown will be working alongside BHHSCP’s senior leadership to help grow its footprint, and to provide exceptional insight and support to its 2,500 agents.

Brown has an impeccable reputation and was known in his sales career for his strict adherence to the Golden Rule. Now in a significant leadership role, and along with developing solutions for complex transactional issues, Brown’s experience includes teaching database marketing courses, contract review, and forecasting future trends, both in technology and within the industry as a whole.

Brown has served the community and real estate profession in a variety of ways, including as a chair of Pasadena Playhouse Association Economic Enhancement Committee. His background also includes serving as a director for the Pasadena-Foothills Association of Realtors (PFAR), and twice serving as a chair of the local Government Relations Committee for the association. Brown is currently a member of the Strategic Planning Committee for PFAR.
