After tripling in size over the past two years, TTLC’s expansion to Salt Lake City follows its recent openings in other regions – Austin, Texas; Bethesda, Maryland (covering the Mid-Atlantic states); and Raleigh, North Carolina – to accommodate its fast-growing workforce. Nick Mason, Managing Director for The True Life Companies, will lead the new Salt Lake City office and establish the TTLC presence in its newest region.

Mason’s role will include managing the acquisitions, entitlement process and due diligence required to successfully onboard new properties. Applying standards set by TTLC’s flagship offices, Mason will build an SLC team that identifies and evaluates new opportunities to lead to the sale and subsequent disposition to eventual home builders.

Mason hails from LGI Homes, where he served as Vice President and managed the full cycle of property acquisition, from research through due diligence. Prior to LGI Homes, he served as Vice President of Land at Bach Homes while holding a simultaneous role as President of Pivot Excavation. His work included managing the marketing and sales process of apartment complexes for the company with an estimated value of $60 million.
