Prior to joining TTLC, Mr. Lorenz served as President of Conner Homes Group in Washington, where he was responsible for maintaining P&L for the firm’s three corporate entities: Conner Homes Group Operating Company, Conner Homes Realty, and Conner Homes Warranty. While Senior Vice President, Mr. Lorenz identified, targeted, and acquired more than 25 properties within three years. Among his many significant contributions were accounting methodology improvements, conversion to an online design center for the home options program, the implementation of a new CRM program, and electronic invoicing system integration. Ultimately, the initiatives developed under his guidance earned the company a nearly 90% homebuyer rating. Mr. Lorenz also led in the design and development of Conner Homes Group’s corporate culture, a particularly impactful accomplishment.

Mr. Lorenz’s impressive career background includes working for prominent homebuilders like DR Horton, Richmond American, and Quadrant Homes (at the time a Weyerhaeuser company), where he held senior management positions in acquisitions. For several years, he operated as the sole owner of Lorenz Land Holdings, where he developed finished lots for sale to local homebuilders. Mr. Lorenz is also a supporter of several philanthropic groups, including Northwest Harvest which focuses on food banks and meal programs, and Vision House, a program for transitional housing to help homeless families with children.
