Equilar Launches CHRO Navigator Program

New Dashboard Provides Governance Insights for the Modern HR Leader

Equilar, the leading provider of corporate leadership data solutions, today announced the launch of its CHRO Navigator program—the latest offering in its strategic toolkit for C-suite leaders. The new program provides governance data and insights for the modern CHRO and will be accessible from the Equilar Insight platform.

Utilizing CHRO Navigator, HR leaders will be able to strategically prepare for board meetings, receive real-time market intelligence, and view targeted ESG data through access to the following resources:

  • Curated governance and compensation briefings, including comprehensive peer group analysis on compensation, board composition, and governance policies

Equilar also launched a content series featuring new research on CHROs in the C-suite and a podcast, CHRO Quick Talks, to host senior HR leaders to discuss the challenges they face today. In the first episode, Eileen Schloss—former CHRO of Medidata Solutions and current board member at Alteryx, Sprinklr, Sharethrough, and CCC Intelligent Solutions—underscored the need for CHROs to be heavily involved in board discussion on diversity, compensation, and equity management, to name a few.
