Mike brings a wealth of experience in engineering operations and product development, particularly in additive manufacturing, aerospace, and automotive industries. In this role, Mike's expertise and leadership will drive our technological and commercial advancements and contribute significantly to our continued success. Mike will be working closely with our teams across the Process, Technology, Marketing, and Commercial domains to take us to new heights.

Mike has been granted numerous patents and co-authored a book on additive manufacturing change management. He was most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Divergent Technologies, where he led the development of a novel adaptive production system and scaled the team to deliver exceptional results.

Mike holds a BS from MIT in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Engineering Management. His career highlights include pioneering the world's first metal additive heat exchangers and safety-critical bearing housings, as well as developing an industrialized AM-based production system.
