VASE&Co., Ltd. We are an art and creative studio based in the historical city of Kyoto, Japan, and we use pastry products as one of the tools of art. Our two creators, Yusuke and Sachi, have studied in Tokyo and Paris, are highly skilled, and have been selected as the jury president of world competitions.

The Story

Our products are not only artistic in appearance, but also artistic in taste, story, and meaning. In Japan, there is a tendency for young people to go abroad and abandon Japanese identity. However, we believe that the Japanese people have an aesthetic sense and way of thinking that we should be proud to share with the world, and therefore, we continue to keep in mind the unique Japanese sense of "reading minds" by giving indirect, rather than direct, connotations to appearance and taste. Our goal is to transmit new art tools from Japan to the world.

We are well-versed in the pastry and chocolate fields. As one of Japan's leading pastry and chocolate chefs, we have been invited to numerous events in Japan. The artistic nature of our work has been featured in fashion magazines such as Figaro and Vogue, and in the Japanese business newspaper Nikkei for our forward-thinking business model. Sachi was selected by Barry Callebaut, the world's largest chocolate maker, as one of the world's hottest women chocolatiers for 2022.
