BOSTON, MA / ACCESSWIRE / April 26, 2022 / Many entrepreneurs work tirelessly to get their business to that desired 7 figure mark. However, many entrepreneurs will fall short and get stuck on 6 figures, struggling to realize why they can't make it to the next level. To offer some insights into what it takes to scale a company to 7 figures, we spoke to Coach JV who runs multiple 7 figure companies including 3T Warrior Academy.

According to JV, the first thing you need to do is move from product to purpose. He explains ‘'when you move from product to purpose, you can accelerate your growth much faster''.

We asked Coach JV to lay out a practical action plan to take a company from 6 to 7 figures, here are his steps:

1. Build an avatar of your customer. Go after the one person and build a tribe. Understand how that person walks and talks. You need to be crystal clear on knowing who your customer is.
2. Create systems and processes which are duplicatable and allow you to scale.
3. Get the right people in place to run your systems and processes.

JV says it may be very difficult at first for you as an entrepreneur to give up power and empower others in your business but it is critical for scaling. He added ‘'Yes, they [your employees] may not do things exactly as you did but they will allow you to step back, duplicate yourself and reach more people. Understand that you can get much further with people and processes than you can on your own''.
