On November 21, the State Intellectual Property Administration - Zhejiang Province Collaboration on IP Work and Zhejiang IP Protection Conference was held in Hangzhou. During this gathering, Zhejiang Provincial People's Government recognized recipients of the first Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Awards. Our patent titled "Composite Catalyst and its Preparation Method and Application" was honored with the Gold Prize for Chinese Patent Awards, and "A Synthesis Method of Fiber-grade Polyphenylene Sulfide Resin" secured the First Prize for Invention Patents in the Zhejiang Provincial Intellectual Property Awards. Mr. Zhou Guiyang, the general manager of the Shangyu base and the new materials division, accepted the award onstage, and Mr. Hu Baifan, the chairman of the board, addressed the audience as the sole representative from the award recipients.
These awards acknowledge NHU's success in R&D, innovation, and the industrial application of intellectual property outcomes. NHU has been granted over 1,000 patents and has submitted 201 patent applications globally. Presently, we hold 664 patents in force and are esteemed as a national exemplar in intellectual property.
