On April 29, 2011, D.R. Horton, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results and related
information for its second quarter ended March 31, 2011 and declaring its quarterly dividend. A
copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in
its entirety into this Item 2.02.
