On June 15, 2007, Wynn Resorts, Limited issued a press release announcing that it had called for redemption on July 20, 2007, all of the $250 million outstanding principal amount of its 6% Convertible Subordinated Debentures due 2015, in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the convertible debentures.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
