On December 30, 2009 mPhase Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") , a New Jersey corporation, announced that its consumer division mPower Technologies Inc. is unveiling its mPower Emergency Illuminator product at the consumer electronics show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
