In a press release issued on January 11, 2017, Broadcom Limited announced that two of its subsidiaries, Broadcom Corporation and Broadcom Cayman Finance Limited, intend to offer senior notes, subject to market conditions and other factors. The securities are being sold in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and to non-U.S. persons outside the United States under Regulation S under the Securities Act.
