Effective March 15, 2016, pursuant to Washington Business Corporation Act, RCW 23B.10.020(3), Microsoft Corporation (the “Company”) amended its Articles of Incorporation to remove the reference to the Company’s registered office and agent. The name and address of the Company’s registered office and agent are available in the Company’s latest annual report on file with the Washington Secretary of State.
A copy of the Company’s Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation is included as Exhibit 3.1 to this report.
