Item 8.01 Other Events.

On December 14, 2010, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Domino’s Pizza, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the compensation arrangements for David A. Brandon, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Brandon will continue to receive $25,000 per month as compensation for his service as non-executive Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors.
