On February 16, 2010, the Compensation Committee of Ingersoll-Rand plc (the Company) approved the 2009 annual incentive compensation awards (payable in February 2010) for the Companys Named Executive Officers (Messrs. Henkel, Lamach, Shawley, Bolch and Ms. Nachtigal, collectively the NEOs) under the Companys Annual Incentive Matrix (AIM) Program and the equity awards under the Companys Incentive Stock Plan of 2007. The 2009 annual incentive compensation awards were as follows:
