Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, The Hertz Corporation (the “Companies”), announced that Richard J. Foti, Staff Vice President and Controller, and the Companies’ principal accounting officer, will retire from the Companies effective June 30, 2007.
