It was recently discovered that reporting person's Spouse actually owns an additional 1,200 shares that were consequently omitted from the original Form 3, and were omitted from eight Form 4s and two Forms 5s filed by reporting person after his original Form 3 was filed. Reporting person's total Indirect Ownership by his Spouse is 306,652 shares.
