(d)Election of Director

 

On October 11, 2018, Famous Dave’s of America, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original 8-K”) to report that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company had elected David L. Kanen to serve as director of the Company. 

 

This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is being filed as an amendment to the Original 8-K.  The sole purpose of this amendment is to disclose that effective March 1, 2019, Mr. Kanen was appointed to the Company’s Compensation Committee.  Except as otherwise provided herein, no modifications have been made to the information contained in the Original 8-K.
