A Colorado-based small business, C&C Breakfast and Korean Kitchen, had to close due to COVID mandates and restrictions amid the pandemic. The owner of the family-run business, Jesse Arellano, shared with Fox News Digital that he felt he had no choice after suffering through hard times.
