In trading on Tuesday, the SPDR S&P Metals & Mining ETF (XME) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 3.3% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Freeport McMoran (FCX), up about 14.2% and shares of Allegheny Technologies (ATI), up about 11.2% on the day.
