Item 5. Other Events.
On November 2, 2001, Strayer Education, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its Third Quarter earnings results. The November 1, 2001 Press Release is attached hereto as an exhibit and incorporated herein by reference.
The Company also announced that it would be hosting its first Annual Investor Day and Campus Tour on Wednesday, November 7, 2001 and Thursday, November 8, 2001 at the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City.
