Explanatory Note: The Company is filing this Current Report on Form 6-K to furnish to the Securities and Exchange Commission the amended Auditor’s Report included with the Company’s December 31, 2006 audited financial statements, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Exhibit 2 to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 40-F, dated March 2, 2007. The amended Auditor’s Report corrects a typographical error. The Auditor’s Report was originally dated February 23, 2006, the amended Auditor’s Report has been corrected to change the date to February 23, 2007. No other changes have been made to the Auditor’s Report.
