On  January 24, 2011, the registrant issued a press release announcing  its
upcoming  participation  in  the Stifel Nicolaus  2011  Transportation  and
Logistics  Conference on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 and the  26th  Annual
BB&T  Capital  Markets  Transportation  Services  Conference  on  Thursday,
February  17,  2011.  A copy of the press release is furnished  as  Exhibit
99.1 to this Form 8-K.

will  be available to the public on the respective conference date  on  the
registrant's internet website:  www.werner.com, under the "Investors" link.
The  investor materials provided by the registrant at each conference  will
also  be available to the public on the particular conference date  on  the
