Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 29, 2014 the Registrant issued a press release and held a conference call with analysts to report on the results of operations for the fourth quarter and full year for fiscal year 2013, which ended on November 30, 2013.
Furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release labeled “McCormick Reports Financial Results for Fourth Quarter 2013 and Provides 2014 Financial Outlook,” which includes a Consolidated Income Statement for the three and twelve months ended November 30, 2013, a Consolidated Balance Sheet of the Registrant as of November 30, 2013, and a Consolidated Cash Flow Statement for the twelve months ended November 30, 2013.
