On February 6, 2014, Pro-Dex, Inc. (the “Company”) is issuing a press release announcing its financial performance for the second fiscal quarter and six months ended December 31, 2013. On that same date, the Company is holding a conference call concerning its financial performance for the second fiscal quarter and six months ended December 31, 2013.
