Item 1.02. Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.
On April 16, 2015, Patrick Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) accelerated the expiration date of the Rights Agreement, dated March 21, 2006, between Patrick Industries, Inc. and National City Bank, as Rights Agent (as so amended, the “Rights Agreement”) so that the Rights Agreement terminated at the Close of Business on April 16, 2015 and, therefore, the Rights issued under the Rights Agreement expired at that time.
