       Capital World Investors is deemed to be the beneficial owner of
       18,946,000 shares or 10.4% of the 181,891,000 shares of Common
       Stock believed to be outstanding as a result of CRMC acting as
       investment adviser to various investment companies registered
       under Section 8 of the Investment Company Act of 1940.

       The Income Fund of America, Inc., an investment company
       registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, which is
       advised by Capital Research and Management Company ("CRMC"), is
       the beneficial owner of NONE shares or 7.8% of the 181,891,000
       shares of Common Stock believed to be outstanding.  CRMC
       manages equity assets for various investment companies through
       two divisions, Capital Research Global Investors and Capital
       World Investors. These divisions generally function separately
       from each other with respect to investment research activities
       and they make investment decisions and proxy voting decisions
       for the investment companies on a separate basis.
