On April 16, 2008, Director Skila S.
Harris informed the President of the United States that she intends to leave her
position as a Director of the TVA Board of Directors (the “Board”) effective May
19, 2008, after the expiration of her term of office. Director Harris
plans to participate in the Board’s public meeting on that date and will leave
office at midnight that night.
