ITEM 7.01 REGULATON FD DISCLOSURE
Flagstone Syndicate Management, the Lloyd’s platform for the Flagstone group, has announced the hiring of the following operational and underwriting professionals in London:

John Abramson will serve as Flagstone Syndicate Management’s European general counsel and chief compliance officer.
|

Kerri Bracewell joins Flagstone as risk manager.
|
|

|
Marc Alcott has been hired as a specie and cargo underwriter.
|
|

|
Malcolm Barnes has joined as underwriter for specialty reinsurance.
|
Mr Alcott and Mr Barnes will be reporting to Richard Housley, who was appointed Underwriting Director of Flagstone Syndicate Management in February this year.
