Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 15, 2007, Alliance Data Systems Corporation issued a press release announcing new agreements with Redcats USA that both renew our current private label credit card services for various Redcats USA brands and expand our services provided to include co-brand credit card services for the same Redcats USA brands, as well as providing co-brand credit card services for Redcats USA's The Sportsman's Guide. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
