As announced in a press release on January 27, 2005, Gerhad E. Kurz, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Registrant, made a presentation at the Credit Suisse First Boston 2005 Energy Summit in Vail, Colorado held on February 1, 2005. A copy of Mr. Kurz's prepared comments, together with two of the slides presented at the conference, are furnished with this report and are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
