GOL Announces Interline Agreement with Webjet

Agreement permits greater flexibility in regard to ticket purchases, increasing flight frequencies and destinations for clients of both companies

São Paulo, December 13, 2011 – GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (BM&FBovespa: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL), (S&P/Fitch: BB-/BB-, Moody`s: B1), the largest low-cost and low-fare airline in Latin America, announces that its subsidiaries VRG Linhas Aéreas S.A (“VRG”) and Webjet S.A.(“Webjet”) have entered into an interline agreement to sell the tickets of Webjet through VRG. The agreement will allow passengers to purchase, through GOL’s sales channels, “pure” stretches, operated by Webjet only, or “combined” stretches, which involve both airlines.

“One of the great advantages of this agreement is that clients transferring from GOL flights to Webjet flights will only have to check in once and send their baggage to the final destination, as well as for Webjet passengers in connections with GOL flights” affirmed Marcelo Bento, GOL’s Alliance and Profitability Officer.

In order to avoid flight overlap, the route networks will be rationalized in December by each one of the Companies. Consequently, it will be possible to increase flight frequencies and the number of destinations, ensuring greater convenience for clients.

In July 2011, GOL announced the acquisition of Webjet. The companies are continuing to operate as separate entities while awaiting the operation’s approval from CADE, Brazil’s anti-trust authority.
