GOL Announces Traffic Statistics for March 2009
São Paulo, April 7, 2009 - GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (NYSE: GOL and Bovespa: GOLL4), Brazils low cost airline, today released preliminary passenger statistics for the month of March 2009. Domestic passenger traffic (RPK) for March 2009 decreased 1.3% and capacity (ASK) increased 0.1% year-over-year (vs. March 2008). Domestic load factor for the month was 57% and international load factor was 44%. GOLs total system load factor for the month of March was 55%.
