Item 8.01 Other Events

During a webcast at the Bernstein Annual Strategic Conference today, our Chief Executive Officer inadvertently indicated that Juniper Networks, Inc. (“we” or “our”) has guided to a long-term goal of returning around 75% of free cash flow to our shareholders. As indicated in our most recent Form 10-Q, filed on May 8, 2018, we stated that we intend to target a capital return policy, inclusive of share repurchases and dividends, of approximately 50% of annual free cash flow.
