We still need your help. Today, the Special Meeting of Stockholders of your fund, The China Fund, Inc., was adjourned until August 30th to provide stockholders who have yet to cast their proxy vote more time to do so.

Stockholders are being asked to vote on a key initiative for the Fund, namely a change of investment managers.
