* The Reporting Person is deemed to be the beneficial owner of Depositary Receipts representing 54,377,877 ordinary shares of the Issuer acquired by Intel Holdings B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Reporting Person (“Intel Holdings B.V.”), and deposited with Stichting Administratiekantoor MAKTSJAB, a foundation incorporated in The Netherlands (the “Stichting”).

The Reporting Person does not directly own any shares of the Issuer. By reason of the provisions of Rule 13d-3 under the Act, the Reporting Person is deemed to own beneficially the Depositary Receipts representing ordinary shares of the Issuer acquired by Intel Holdings B.V. and held by the Stichting. In connection with the issuance of the ordinary shares, the Issuer, Intel Holdings B.V. and the Stichting entered into a Shareholder Agreement that governs certain matters relating to the Issuer’s ordinary shares, including the power to vote and dispose of the shares reported herein.
